Betsy joined Swink in 2012 and soon after become pretty devoted, due to Andre’s swooning! She became a coach in 2013. Betsy runs a photography business as well, is abnormally obsessed with her two dogs, and has absolutely no sense of smell. Her favorite movement is snatch and her least favorite is either thrusters or running, depending on the season! Betsy grew up hating sports and as a young adult hated working out, but found CrossFit and quickly discovered a love for not only honing her skill but teaching others to execute properly & efficiently.
